- As head of the Customer Relation & Production Support Team, you have a key role in the organisation. The CR&PS team acts as a watchdog for the customer. In an effective and efficient manner your team looks after the whole order administration so that the customer’s orders are settled and shipped according to the agreed conditions. - Within the Zetes System Integration Unit, as technician, you will treat part of the incoming demands for repairs. You will follow up the outstanding repairs within indicated deadlines.
